So you are just trying to inform them that they could customize the installation by pressing the Customize button? Unfortunately, I wanted to inform the user before start of the installation, so that he can customize what to install. I'll give a note into readme and that will be OK. Hi, please is it possible to change the default informational text shown in the "easy install" pane of the installer? It contains "Click Install to perform a basic installation of this software ....". I want to display more specific information, but I did not find how to do it. I think it is not possible, but maybe someone knows how to do it. Could a separate window launch at the start of the real installation process be OK? In that case, you could use the preflight script to launch a helper app which will display your dialog (using the CFUserNofification API for instance).
