Installer-dev mailing list (Installer-dev@lists.apple.com) Help/Unsubscribe/Update your Subscription: http://lists.apple.com/mailman/options/installer-dev/site_archiver%40lists.a... Could you be more specific? Like where do you want to install your package? How do you want it to be installed? As far as the installer telling you that all volumes are unavailable because there are no prior install, does that mean that you've set that condition in the "Distribution" requirement pane? Or did you set it in the "Choices" pane and in that case you would have a patch for this choice and a full install for another choice. I'm finding it impossible to understand the documentation for PackageMaker 3. I've never used earlier versions, so all the assumptions the documentation is making about the reader's prior knowledge don't apply to me. At the moment, my installer package reports that all volumes are unavailable because no prior install can be found. What do I have to do to configure the installer so that it will perform a first-time install of my software? This email sent to itabtabai@mac.com This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com
