I wish the installer tool can shout back with "this package will prompt for options" when we push via ARD or scp/ssh, so we don't get pie in the face when users call in asking why root's home directory is visible behind the login window on their Macs. :) To be fair, if you're pushing packages to client machines without testing them being pushed the same way first, you'll end up with bigger problems at some point :) It would be nice if more vendors would check for the existence of the COMMAND_LINE_INSTALL environment variable though....
