A post flight script instrcuts launchctl to unload the old instance and the load the new one. The code is released under the GNU GPL if this helps. How do you force Launch Services to re-register an application that we need to move from user domain to local domain? Is it possible to use a postflight script to do whatever is necessary? I presume some lsregister acrobatics is needed? PS, this is an after-project question, as we recently had to repackage MassTransit Web Client for distribution. The installer is user level, we needed to deploy at local level.
