Normally, this button pops up a dialog requesting administrator credentials. In this user's case, nothing happens. The button is not greyed out, it simply does not work. The user is running Mac OS X 10.7.1. We have been unable to reproduce the issue on our machine running Mac OS X 10.7.1. We do not run any custom scripts in the installer.
