The relevant logs state that the ./preflight can't be found. (full details here http://piratepad.net/MYqpAu1YJM )
Quoted below is the error reported by the log at the link you provided.
NSLocalizedDescription = "An error occurred while running scripts from the package \U201cMonitoringClient.pkg\U201d.";
From my quick glance, I did not see anything within the log mentioning the ./preflight script could not be found. However, it is possible that I missed that line. It seems to me that there was instead an error while executing the script. I could be mistaken. But you may want to check that the preflight script is existing with a zero status on that particular system.
There was a note about the launch path not being accessible.
PackageKit: *** launch path not accessible
However, this could be a permission issue. Just another possibility to investigate. Also, the following project may be of interest : https://github.com/henri/total_configuration Essentially, this is a very basic system which will install packages as specified. Potentially, you could run this system via ARD and it would suck down the package from a web server. Just a thought. Hope this helps. --------------------------------------------------------------------- This email is protected by LBackup, an open source backup solution. http://www.lbackup.org Keep in touch.
