Setting postinstall-action in PackageInfo-file to "restart" via pkgbuild or component.plist possible?

This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com I'm creating flat-package-installers for drivers via pkgbuild. Therefore I'd like it to set the postinstall-action-attribute in the PackageInfo-file to be set to "restart". I've found no parameter to pass to pkgbuild or attribute in the component.plist which does that. Is there a way to accomplish this without expanding, editing and flattening the package again?
