I'm dealing with an installation issue that may be related to the user having high-ASCII characters in their short name. Does anyone know if this is possible? With 10.4.5, System Preferences will not allow me to create a user account with high-ASCII in the short name. Does anyone know if this was possible in earlier system versions?
