I'd like to upgrade our automated build systems, and perhaps all developer machines, but can't do so without good justification. Knowing what changed in 3.0.3 will help make a case here. There are bugs with PackageMaker concerning relocatability. PackageMaker 3.0.3 was released recently, with changes to try to fix some of those bugs. I am sorry, but we didn't make release notes for 3.0.3. There were not a lot of changes. What I can recall is that we fixed a few crashers and made changes to try to address the "relocation flag gets turned on" bugs that plague everyone, much to our embarrassment.
