Thanks Bill and Christopher for the quick responses.  I'll have them start with the suggested size, test the "growability", and recommend a small graphic in the lower left side.  How does that sound? I don't remember having seen an installer with a small graphic on the lower left side that looked as good as the ones with a big transparent (and cut on the left) image. If you're not a "too small company", maybe you can afford to ask for a bigger version of the image you're planning to put in the lower left corner and put it where the X or Application image are set.
