The only way out of the installer is to "Force Quit". I'm not certain what happens in the installer between the step showing the Introduction screen and the step showing the Read Me. My guess is that Requirements and Resources are checked. The installer was built on a Mojave system and is notarized by Apple. I have built many Mac product installers, using "Packages". I'm not sure that Packages is relevant to the question, but I mention it just in case. Currently running v1.2.8. The user has a MacBook Pro Mid 2012 Retina 13" running Catalina with 16 GB RAM. From Apple's support site this seems to be the earliest computer which is able to run Catalina. There are some checks which I have enabled in Packages, for Processor, Installed RAM and OS. This computer exceeds all of them. Over 100 other users have installed this same product, without issues, on various Macs running various OS versions. Any suggestions? Thanks and stay safe, - Rick _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored.
