Works fine with 10.5, broken on 10.6 Kevin _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored. We had an identical problem with signing certs signed by Verisign and Thawte. Once we manually downloaded and installed the Verisign & Thawte code signing CA certs it worked. It looks like we'll need to ship unsigned installers for a while, 'cause we can't ask customers to go through the manual install, and SL simply doesn't work in that area. checking the log, it is throwing a "failed install preflight: error domain=pkinstallerrordomain code=102 userinfo=0x19s1ca80 "the package "nrgship" is untrusted." with some additional debug stuff Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-2147409622 UserInfo=0x100304660" CSSMERR_TP_NOT_TRUSTED I can run the installer just find on 10.5 - i verified the installer certificate, etc. I posted an earlier email to the list about this (a few days back) and there's been an absolutely deafening silence. I pointed out to our marketing people that Apple's Safari, iTunes and iWork installers aren't signed, and they decided it wasn't a vital feature after all...
