Installer-dev mailing list (Installer-dev@lists.apple.com) Help/Unsubscribe/Update your Subscription: http://lists.apple.com/mailman/options/installer-dev/site_archiver%40lists.a... i created a suitcase client installer. the problem i ran into is that iceberg doesn't "see" invisible files. i needed to include the: ...serial number in the installer. what i did was i first removed the period from the filename to make it visible, then i post-process-scripted a mv from the "SC110" name to the ".SC110" name to make it invisible again. ugly but it works. is there a way to get iceberg to "see" invisible files? i have to create an extensis portfolio installer that also uses an invisible serial number file. would rather not go the ugly route if i can get iceberg to see the files that need to be included in the installer.
