Hello all, Is it possible to conditionally require a restart for an install? Here's my situation: Version 2 of my app cannot be properly unloaded without a shutdown, but version 3 can. So, for a fresh install, nothing exists, so just install the software without a restart. If you are installing 3.0.1 and 3.0.0 is installed, a restart still is not required. But, if you are installing 3.x (or even any version) and 2.x is installed, a restart is required.
