Just to make sure, I would like to add a post-install script to do that, too.
There's no need for a postinstall script.
But in the new package maker, I just see "Open File". Is that what I want?
1. Create your kext. 2. In the Terminal, change owner to root and set modes. 3. Start a new PackageMaker project. 4. Drag and drop the kext to the Contents pane in PackageMaker. 5. Set bundle ID, version, etc. 6. Build. Do not adjust owner and modes inside PackageMaker, as it often doesn't stick. -- Per Olofsson, IT-service, University of Gothenburg _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
