We use the command PackageMaker in the terminal to generate the meta package automatically. I remember that InstallationCheck of Meta Package will be executed automatically before InstallationCheck of component package (.pkg). But I tested on 10.5.2 today found that it is ignored and not executed. I don't want to use distribution.dist to call the script because it needs more modifications, such as generate the package list as <choice> in the distribution.dist which are recorded in Info.plist currently.
