Installer-dev mailing list (Installer-dev@lists.apple.com) Help/Unsubscribe/Update your Subscription: http://lists.apple.com/mailman/options/installer-dev/site_archiver%40lists.a... fire up /Applications/Utilities/Console.app. click "All Messages", top left. you might see some log messages from the installer, "diverting" your package somewhere else on your disk. hopefully it didn't overwrite another version of the same application that was hanging around. either way, if this is the problem, you will probably want to review the relocation thread and turn off relocation in PackageMaker. My installer says it installed the files, but nothing is written to /Applications. I dont have any 'requirements' and I have the .app going to /Applications, but never shows up.
