You can do it the same way you can for any file. Just "Get Info" on the file and the click on the icon in that box and paste your artwork onto it. If you are using the older package format (as opposed to a 10.5 "flat package") then there are other tricks you can use (probably not worth it). I don't personally think that this is a great idea, but I can see how marketing would feel it is. And I do want to make a slight correction in something implied in your email: PackageMaker does not produce executables, it is not like VISE. PackageMaker produces a .pkg document. It is the installer program that then runs and interprets this document.
