One of our customers is getting the following message when trying to run our installer from a DVD. The same DVD worked fine on his old computer, but not on his new one. "Installation Failed. Installer could not install the software. No software found to install" Has anyone seen this error before? I did try googling it, but haven't yet been able to find a definitive answer.
