The below thread says 620x440, but the DarwinPorts background.tiff on my machine is 620x418 and it fit perfectly when I load it as a custom image.  Is 620x440 the size of the entire GUI dialog and 620x418 the size of actual custom image (i.e. everything below the "Installer Interface Editor" strip)? 620x418 is the size of the contents view inside the window (it was the last time I measured it). 620x440 is the size of the window (22 is the height of the title bar probably).
