I have only recently started working with package maker, so please bear with me if this question is sounds stupid. I'm trying to manipulate a plist file which i expect to be in an ~/Library/Application Support/... folder. Determining the current user seems easy if don't require any authentification. However, if I do require admin authentification, the postinstall script is run as root. In that case, how can I find out, from the script (I'm using a perl script at the moment), which user actually started the installer package? _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
