The option -m on the command line is meant to be the same as --no-recommend - which I have included. I've never seen --no-relocate in the docs? There is an option in the gui under components that I've disabled - 'Allow Relocation'. It doesn't stop the warnings though... It seems that packagemaker is comparing the permissions / owners etc of the installed app and those of the temporary package.
