I have programmed some software, which is located in /usr/local/foobar No /usr/local/foobar has many Sub-folders..and files. Some files have and need other user/group privilieges. Most Files belong to "root" and group "wheel" Now some files really need to be owned by the user nobody. So I changed the rights to the user "nobody" but now the Package wont build. The problem is the above which is the PackageMaker nor Iceberg doesn't like the files I changed the user on. I actually prefer Iceberg for creating pkgs. I've tried with PackageMaker and Iceberg both started with the user root... but I just can't figure it out... Maybe someone here can help? Please? It looks like the problem is coming from the pax tool which does not like user 'nobody'. This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com
