I built a package that installs a simple application on a test volume. Then I moved the application (v1.0) to a different directory on the same volume. Next, I built another package with v2.0 of the same application. The Installer tool did found the moved application, and offered to upgrade it instead. But when I clicked on the Install button, I find that the moved application remains at v1.0. I have the 'Allow Relocation' flag set on both packages. I also made sure that both have different package versions. I thought that relocation will allow me to upgrade an installed application from v1.0 to v2.0. But this does not seem to be the case here.
