Note: I haven't had a look at the GM build yet (GM availability rant skipped) so some questions are probably answered in the GM. o What's the recommended compression scenario for a flat package/metacpackage? Since the Flat Package Editor was still quite buggy (but yet very useful), it's difficult to get a clear idea about this. o There's something that I've probably not understood regarding the new installation domain options. Does the domain apply to all packages of a distribution script as it seems to or can you specify different domains depending on the package? While I don't do this, I think it's not impossible that someone wants to install something inside ~/ and another thing in /. o Certificate vs non-flat package. Is there any point in attaching a certificate to a non-flat, totally self included package? o I haven't checked this in detail but with plugins, is it possible to avoid the warning dialog by code-signing a plugin with the same certificate used for a flat package?
