The only one way I could get it to work is by removing /Library/Receipts/MyApp.pkg/Contents/Info.plist file in the InstallationCheck script. This is quite a hack. Without it the installer warns that a newer version is installed on the target drive and later refuses to install saying 'You cannot continue. There is nothing to install.'
