What other information could I supply to help with this problem? What your daemon actually does, how its plist is configured, what permissions it runs with, what shows up in the logs when you try to run and kill it yourself without launchd's help, whether or not you've run it through the debugger on 10.5, etc. This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com
