site_archiver@lists.apple.com Delivered-To: installer-dev@lists.apple.com Hello, This might be "internet-enabled" disk images, aka IDME. Look at the hdiutil man page: The disk image is not internet-enabled. Chuck _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored. Yesterday, the PackageMaker installer was not automatically launched. The only thing I changed was that I removed a readMe file from the disk image. Is there logic in Safari or the disk image that causes the PackageMaker installer to be automatically launched when there is only one file on the disk image? Is that a bug? http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Darwin/Reference/ManPages/man1/hdiu... But it doesn't sound like your disk image is being ejected and moved to the trash, so it's more likely that Safari auto opens "safe" documents on disk images if there's only one file. -pmb I just re-added the readme file and now the PackageMaker installer is not automatically launched. This is the behavior I want so my issue is resolved. It would be nice to know if this is expected behavior and to determine if it's documented. I would like to have control over this kind of behavior. This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com
