That library is used by Xcode (or LLDB) to record backtraces of threads, so that the debugger can later show the stack that invoked an async call.
I ran into a crash in that library once, and was told it was an Xcode bug. You should probably post this one in a bug report to Apple.
You can work around the problem by turning off backtrace recording in the scheme editor.
