Thank you, Quinn. I obtained and studied the packet traces, but I still can't figure it out. Even if I reproduce the data in all the header fields on the two Macs... User-Agent Accept Accept-Language Accept-Encoding and even Cookie My conclusion is that Google is smarter than me.
