On an english system the parameters will be displayed in german - except colors. So creating a multiple language template with the simple means of Motion seems to be kind of complicated (an XML editor can make it faster). The biggest issue for me though is how to install them. Any language version will have the same name, so how to handle? Or better how will FCPX handle that. Probably there are several people here which do have way more knowledge and experience than me. And maybe the one or other could shed some light on this.

I wouldn't expect them to be different. Please file a bug. Without doing more investigation (which I can't get to at the moment), I don't know which one to recommend as being "better". If -currentTime is working for you, go ahead and use that. Shift between render and OSC time in FCP X

Hello, in FCP X (10.0.3) I noticed that there is sometimes a shift between the frame number passed to "renderOutput:" and the time value passed to "drawOSC:". The shift is up to 4 frames. The FxPlug method "currentTime" seems to work from within the OSC, but is it recommended or is there another workaround? Sounds exactly like the problems I've been having.
