This doesn't seem to happen with 1280x720 templates/clips. I vaguely remember someone mentioning a squeezing issue before but I lost it in the flood of emails. I have a D1 template created in Motion and I apply it to a D1 clip in a D1 (actually I think it is 720x480) project. The moment I apply my template the image is squeezed from 720x486 to 654x486. If I toggle the effect by off (by checking the blue box), the image jumps back to the proper aspect ratio. Also, the image is actually squeezed even further than this 654 width and my effect is applied beyond the left/right edges of it - at least until the BG rendering finishes and then my effect is properly clipped to the image, but there are still bars on either side of the squeezed image. Also, it takes a long time for the image to update (ie. rendering a single frame seems pretty slow, when dragging a point control or slider). Much slower than it is in Motion. Any ideas? _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored.
