Render calls will show this document but the setup UI wants to know this information, especially the frame’s aspect ratio. Definitely a weird use case, but we really do want some sort of hint when we open the UI.

What are you trying to do? In general, knowing the project size isn’t too helpful. For example, in Motion, the user can turn on “Show Full View Area” and it will show areas outside of the project bounds.
I don’t know of a way for a generator to get its width and height. (And keep in mind that the user can change them and they can be animated.)
Even when using something like the Analysis API, you aren’t guaranteed that every frame is the same size. The input to your filter could be a particle system, or even a piece of footage that is being dynamically scaled or cropped, or has other filters applied to it which change size over time.
