When you consider the existing rich world of Final Cut plugins and the level of support that the FCP developer community provides for Apple pro apps, it's quite disheartening to find out after the fact that the work we're all doing has just been shot to pieces and we all received no warning through access to beta versions - or at least access to the new APIs - before hand.
