May I ask a question about FCP's picking up the latest file size / duration information from a video file which is already loaded to a FCP project window? We produce many video files which still grow when they are added to FCP project window. At certain point, the file will stop growing, because recording is finished. Then, we want the FCP project window shows the proper "duration" of the file. To : Mike and JP. Does this describe our situation enough? Is there any missing workflow or behaviour?
