Both FCP and Motion are premultiplied with the RGB formats. I'm not certain on the YUV side, since Motion doesn't support that.

Okay, once we get the FCP information sorted out on this topic, this is information that needs to be in the docs (okay, I mean "once the information gets posted here", because it's obvious YOU GUYS have the information ;-) ).
