Interesting - I've been able to successfully get the checkbox to turn off - it's the other parameter changes that will cause a hang.

Paul - any luck deciphering our stack traces? Want a plugin that works in FCP+Motion to test with?

I have a fix for it which is not in the release we did today. It was a lock contention issue.
