In the past months my Macs have been invaded by this message when opening my Proapps. It started on FCP on one machine, but now it have infected all my machines, like a creepy virus, can’t even open FCP or Motion from the dock, must open a project file. My Leopard system is installed within the last 4 months, on a clean disk, with a clean install. I have licensed copies of all my software and I have no knowledge of installing anything from PACE, I want this massage out of my Mac right now! Pace produce a copy protection dongle scheme. Is it possible that a plug-in has a dongle to protect it? The software would not have been remotely installed by the developer. It is much more likely that an application or plug-in that you installed installed the Pace driver. You will likely have to co-operate with the developer if you want to resolve the issue. First thing is stop blaming them for something they almost certainly did not do. This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com
