site_archiver@lists.apple.com Delivered-To: pro-apps-dev@lists.apple.com Hi Everyone.. Is there a good way to know when an image is being displayed as a 1.8 Gamma in FCP? My filter currently processes YCbCr imagery, but I have intentionally deactivated RGB. As a result, I never really know when 1.8 is being displayed. On some FCS 3 installations (on 10.6.x), I see shifting, and sometimes, I don't. Mostly the shift happens between a pause and then a play. (Pause is RGB 1.8 and play is YCbCr 2.2) Should I detect and fix this in my filter? bob. _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored.
