I'm trying to solve a problem with a customer and I'm curious as to what Quicktime Capture APIs Final Cut Pro is using? I know this might not be something that Apple wants out, but I can ask anyways. The customer is running Snow Leopard and he is capturing fine with Final Cut Pro, but the Quicktime Pro 7 player is unable to record. I'm guessing these programs are using different API's.
