Consider how one can put transitions between clipitems and not specify the end of the clipitem before the transition or the beginning of the one following the transition... If order wasn't taken into account it is unclear what should happen. I am encoding a simple sequence, and the clipitems don't appear in the same order in the XML that they are supposed to appear in in the sequence. I am getting some weird results with that.
