ProFX.framework lives in /Library/Frameworks and is part of Pro Application Support. The installer might not have upgraded your ProFX.framework correctly. Try moving aside the framework, as well as the corresponding item in /Library/Receipts, and running the updater again. Let me know if that doesn't fix it. We just updated our FCP6 machine and no FxPlugs show up, including the bundled ones. It seems to be okay in 5.1.4. Maybe this error in the terminal is related?
