I'm not sure if this is the list for this (I've been a lurker here for a long time, but never posted before that I can remember). Compressor has the ability to access "QuickTime Export Components" but if you use Compressor, you'll notice it only actually supports a few of them, namely 3G, AVI, WMV (with Flip4Mac) and iPod. Does anyone know WHY this is? I'd love to use Compressor to batch MP3s (with the lame encoder module) or other formats that show up fine in the QuickTime Pro player. Was there a reason Apple cut off most encoders? If not, is there something that needs to be posted publicly to tell module makers what to do to have their module show up in Compressor?
