This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com I'm currently in the middle of updating a bunch of compositing filters for FxPlug3, and once again feeling the urge to kill things with this shiny new MacBook Pro. I found a nifty hack to let me keep all my groups in FCPX, but I have to put image wells at the top of the parameter list, which is ugly. If I resort to hand-publishing all 100+ parameters, each time I publish one the parameter list scrolls back to the top. I have no idea why it does this - but it makes me feel incredibly destructive. Since FCPX is now being updated more frequently, and because I don't have any junior programmers to torture with this, I thought I'd ask again about the capability of auto-generating an effect template with all of my groups and input parameters in the right places.
