Rather than storing 23.976 (which is rounded) for example you save
the (24000,1001) which is way more exact.

By the "1001" this also includes the hint to the best oriental
fairy tales :). No, this way you know whether it's NTSC timing or
not.

The only thing I'm missing is a hint for DF/NDF as if you include
audio assets this funny NTSC options are even more than with video.
Just curious... What is the advantage of storing the timebase as
a fraction?

Sorry about these abbreviations I used. FCS could mean Final
Cut Studio but I meant the other FCS: Final Cut Server

I know where to find the FCP XML docs, but don't know where to
find the FCS (Final Cut Server) XML docs.
