Best bet is to export XML for the sequence, add the markers in the XML, then import back in with that replace updatebehavior as Andreas noted. There isn't any way to just specify the markers (and not the sequence data) and add them into an existing sequence. I have a sequence, I was thinking I would like to create an XML of sequence markers from a FileMaker Database and add these markers to this existing sequence. Is this possible?
