Hmmm, ProFX.framework doesn't seem to get installed at all after I do that. Is it missing from the 4.0.1 update? that looks like you have the wrong copy of ProFX.framework installed. ProFX.framework lives in /Library/Frameworks and is part of Pro Application Support. The installer might not have upgraded your ProFX.framework correctly. Try moving aside the framework, as well as the corresponding item in /Library/Receipts, and running the updater again. Let me know if that doesn't fix it.
