site_archiver@lists.apple.com Delivered-To: pro-apps-dev@lists.apple.com Hi all, DVDSP manual says the proper text file for import should look like: Following is an example of a simple STL subtitle file. $FontName = Arial $FontSize = 65 //The following subtitles are for scene one. 00:00:12:04 , 00:00:14:12 , Lemurs are the bullies of the wild. 00:00:16:14 , 00:00:19:08 , Here we see them bring down a moose. - Andreas _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. I got a bit involved again with DVDSP and subtitling and run into some problems while thinking about that subtitle handling. This format will bring an extra space in front of any subtitle. The right format would be: 00:00:12:04 , 00:00:14:12 ,Lemurs are the bullies of the wild. 00:00:16:14 , 00:00:19:08 ,Here we see them bring down a moose. Is that expected to behave this way? Should there be an extra space in front of any subtitle? Or is that just a misprint in the manual where all providers of "Spruce Text Lists" followed this suggestion?
