I know the idea is to simplify plugins for FCP X, but sometimes a specialized plugin needs more than 3 or 4 parameters. Right now I'm having flashbacks to AE plugins inside FCP 4. If we don't get custom UI, we really need a push button parameter in the next version of FxPlug, or at least a flag to make a checkbox look like a push button. For example, we could make a simplified version of Beauty Box that only has one parameter, to analyze the current frame and set hidden parameters.
