Never heard of anything like this before. Have a user that says 3 of our 90+ filters are grayed-out in the filters menu. He has been able to use these filters in the past -but for some reason now they are grayed out now. What could cause that to happen? Paul, I'm not sure what would cause it to happen. Is this in Motion or FCP? Assuming it's FCP, can they drag and drop a filter from the bin onto their footage? Or if it's in Motion, can they drag and drop from the Library window onto their footage?
